This 12-credit-hour certificate is designed for students who wish to enhance their knowledge of leadership and ethics. This certificate program provides an understanding of leadership, its ethical dimensions and the context for its practical settings.

Spring Hill College undergraduate students may pursue this certificate as a complement to any degree offered by the College. This certificate is also offered fully online.
