This is the board approved 2007-2008 fee schedule for tuition, room and board and all other miscellaneous fees.
Employer Reimbursement Form.pdf
This form is required on a semester basis from all students that receive employer reimbursement for tuition and fees.
Options Form.pdf
The college requires this form from all new students and authorizes the student to charge at the bookstore, golf course, receive refunds and sign-up for tuition insurance. This form should also be used to change this information.
Enrollment Agreement.pdf
The college requires this form from all new students and explains the financial policies of the school.
Flex Dollar Request Form.pdf
This form is used to add flex dollars and have them charged against your student account. Flex dollars are used for consumable food and non-alcoholic beverage items at the cafeteria, the Cloister, Java City and the bar and grill at the golf course.
Student Refund Direct Deposit Form
This form is used to sign-up for direct deposit for student account refunds.
