Electronic Funds Transfer

With your authorization SHC will debit a preferred checking or savings account with your donation on the 17th of each month. You may change or cancel your EFT contribution at any time. This method is safe, easy and paperless – this not only saves money on postage, but it also great for the environment.

Contact the Office of Development and College Relations for assistance with EFT.

Stocks/Securities

Securities include shares of stock, mutual funds and bonds. If you have held securities for more than a year, you may contribute appreciated certificates to Spring Hill before they are sold. In this way, you will avoid the capital gains tax and receive an income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the gift.

To give mutual funds and bonds please contact our office. You can give stocks by having your broker transfer them to the Spring Hill College account at Morgan Keegan. By letting us know which stock and number of shares you are transferring prior to making a gift, we can accurately record and acknowledge your donation.

Contact the Office of Development and College Relations for more information.

Wire Transfer

Can be handled quickly and easily.
