In 1956, Fannie Motley bought an autograph book and approached her teachers and classmates to write remembrances in it, much like students today approach their peers and teachers to sign a yearbook. She later took the autographs and placed them in an album and labelled them, "AUTOGRAPHS FROM SOME OF MY PROFESSORS AND CLASSMATES AT SPRING HILL COLLEGE IN MOBILE MAY 1956"

To Spring Hill's first graduate from Plateau--with hope that she will reach higher and higher plateaus--and win $64,000 too. Father Albert S. Foley, S. J.
