Students show and place at Mobile Arts Council’s juried exhibition

MOBILE, Ala. – Nine students from Spring Hill College had their artwork featured at the Mobile Art Council’s juried exhibition for students at the Mobile area's five colleges and universities. From the works submitted, the council chose 27 pieces by 20 artists to take part in the show, titled simply “5.”

The artist reception and presentation of prizes took place at Arts Alive on Friday, April 9. Senior Patrick Wihl won Best of Show and sophomore Grant Benoit took 1st place. Students selected for the show are as follows:

The exhibition will be on display through April 30 at the Mobile Arts Council, located at 318 Dauphin St. in downtown Mobile.
