Ramona Hill named Vice President for Enrollment Management at Spring Hill College
MOBILE, Ala. – Ramona M. Hill has been named Vice President for Enrollment Management for Spring Hill College. She will be responsible for admissions, financial aid and student success initiatives and will continue her management responsibilities for graduate and continuing studies.
Hill joined the SHC administration in August 2008 as Associate Provost for Graduate and Continuing Studies and has overseen programs for graduate students and adult learners.
“The coordination of our enrollment management efforts and a focus on initiatives that ensure students have a successful journey to graduation requires leadership skills that Ramona has already brought to the college,” said SHC president Rev. Richard P. Salmi, S.J. “I am delighted that she has accepted this important new assignment.”
Hill is the owner of Workshops, Etc. Inc., and has provided workshop and facilitation services to a variety of corporate and nonprofit clients on business development and improving business practices. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Spring Hill since 2002, teaching courses in workplace diversity and motivation.
Hill holds a Bachelor of Science from Spelman College and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a certified trainer and instructor in leadership development and holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
