Forbes Magazine ranks Spring Hill College among “America’s Best Colleges”
MOBILE, Ala. – Forbes Magazine has announced their list of the 2011 “America’s Best Colleges,” and Spring Hill College is ranked No. 32 in the nation among similar institutions.
In addition, Spring Hill is ranked among the “Best Colleges in the South” and is among the top 25 percent of the ‘Best Private Colleges” nationwide, according to Forbes.
The Forbes rankings focus on the things that matter the most to students, according to Forbes writer Michael Noer: quality of teaching, great career prospects, graduation rates and low levels of debt.
“This recognition by Forbes Magazine further validates Spring Hill’s reputation both regionally and nationally as an outstanding college,” said Spring Hill College president Richard P. Salmi, S.J. “Our faculty and staff are dedicated to forming leaders in learning, faith, justice and service for life; and we are glad to see these efforts recognized on a national scale.”
