Department of English to host panel discussion: "The Catholic Imagination and Catholic Fiction"

MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College Department of English will host a panel discussion titled "The Catholic Imagination and Catholic Fiction." The event will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10 in the Gautrelet Room.

Publisher Peter Mongeau of Tuscany Press will lead the panel discussion. Panel members will include Joseph O’Brien, Tuscany editor; Dr. Michael Piafsky, associate professor of English; representatives from the theology department; and two local authors: Kaye Park Hinckley, author of “A Hunger of the Heart,” which Winston Groom called “a great read in the tradition of southern fiction,” and Ron O’Gorman, author of “Fatal Rhythm,” a medical mystery.
