Admission Requirements for the Master of Liberal Arts

The general policies for graduate programs in the Spring Hill College Bulletin of Information apply to this program.  Applicants must complete the admission process one month prior to the intended term of entry.  Required documents including official transcripts and test scores (when applicable)  should be sent to:

Unconditional Admission

Applicants with a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a grade point average of at least 3.0 are eligible for unconditional admission, as are students who have completed a prior graduate or professional degree.

Conditional Admission

Conditional admission may be granted to applicants with a bachelor's degree and a grade point average below 3.0.  Applicants for conditional admission may be asked to submit additional materials, including a score from the Miller's Analogies Test.

Graduation Requirement

The graduation requirement for the program is completion of the four core courses, five elective courses and the capstone course with an overall grade point average of 3.0. A minimum grade of "B" in the capstone courses is required.
