Cohesive Undergraduate Experience

The Cohesive Undergraduate Experience (CUE), housed in the Office of Academic Affairs, supports the intellectual, spiritual, social, and professional development of undergraduate students.

The three projects of the CUE—LEAP, CLIMB, and REACH—provide the framework for a cohesive and integrated undergraduate experience.

LEAP is a first-year experience that is high impact, current and engaging, developed and presented in a way that connects all the areas of the college, and introduces the areas of our promise statement—learning, faith, justice and service for life. CLIMB is an experiential learning opportunity that exposes students to the wider community in a way that promotes their “becoming” and relies on the Jesuit model of Experience, Reflection, Action, and REACH is an opportunity for students to reflect upon and integrate their experiences inside and outside the classroom through showcasing their work in an ePortfolio.
