This 12-credit-hour certificate is designed for those who wish to enhance their knowledge of leadership and ethics. The certificate program provides an understanding of leadership, its ethical dimensions and the context for its practical exercise for persons involved in or preparing for leadership roles in organizational settings.
Students will learn a heavy amount of ethical and social principles and practices that will allow them to assess situations in the workplace. The curriculum also provides a macro perspective of behavior and how proper leadership can improve an organization in a variety of ways.
