Week Of Welcome

Spring Hill College will welcome new students on Friday, August 21, 2026.  Move-in Day begins with registration in the LeBlanc Conference Room of the Barter Student Center at 9:00 a.m. Students will be greeted by Spring Hill faculty, staff, and students — and this includes the tradition of hands-on help with bags, boxes, and suitcases as they move into their new home on The Hill.  

Move-In Day – August 21, 2026
Move-In: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Welcome Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Commuter Check-In: 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
New Student Welcome Ceremony: 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
After Hours Check-In: 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Residence Life Office)

Returning Student Move-In Day – August 22, 2026
Returning Student Move-In: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Fall Athletes Move-In Day – TBD
(Approved athletic teams: Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Indoor Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Cross Country)
Move-In: TBD
