Online Students

Online students are enrolled in an online academic program, part-time or full-time. Spring Hill College offers a variety of programs from fully online bachelor’s degrees to accelerated, online master’s degrees to academic certificates. Our online class experiences are innovative and immersive, delivered in a variety of methods including video, interactive exercises, learning assessments and simulation technology.

Online Transfer Policy

Spring Hill College has a generous transfer policy. Up to 96 semester hours can be transferred of coursework completed at other four-year colleges or universities and up to 64 semester hours from state or community college. We will work with you to determine your credit hours, military service, courses, or trainings that are eligible and applicable. 

Other ways to accelerate your academic planning:

• Up to 30 semester hours can be earned through College Level Examination Program (CLEP) or DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST).
• Spring Hill College will review and determine transfer credit and if there is no coursework equivalent, they may be considered for general elective credit.

After completing 12 semester hours of coursework at Spring Hill, a student may submit a portfolio which documents college-level learning acquired through life experience. A student can receive up to 30 semester hours of credit for prior experiential learning. Credit is awarded for length of military service.
