While COVID is still a reality, based on current trends and vaccine availability, the Department of Health and Human Services ended the federal Public Health Emergency for COVID-19 on May 11, 2023. As a result, Spring Hill College discontinued reporting and monitoring of COVID-19 cases, as well as other special policies and practices related to the pandemic.

Students and employees are no longer required to report positive COVID-19 cases. To care for yourself and protect others, we encourage you to follow CDC guidelines and seek medical attention if symptoms arise. We encourage you to stay home when sick and stay up to date on vaccines. The Badger Health Clinic provides vaccines!

Even though monitoring of COVID-19 cases has ceased, Spring Hill College remains committed to adapting and responding swiftly to any emerging health issues. We are grateful for the efforts of the entire campus community to keep SHC healthy together.
