Spring Hill Welcomes Alumni and Families Back To The Hill

(Mobile, Ala.) Spring Hill College is preparing to welcome alumni and families back to The Hill, for Alumni and Family Weekend, Friday, October 21, through Saturday, October 22. This event combines Homecoming on the Hill for alumni with Family weekend for current students and their parents.

The Advancement office and Alumni staff have been working all year long to plan activities that everyone can enjoy.  There are some new and exciting events like Family Feud, Red White & Cupola and a presentation about Africatown by the Clotilda Descendants Association. Attendees can also look forward to the traditional Bay Boil, Yoga on the Hill, Golden Badger Dinner and the All Class Reunion!

Ann Eleece Kouns, Assistant Vice President for Advancement Operations said, “The Hill is ready to welcome our alumni, family, and friends from near and far during the 2022 Homecoming and Family Weekend! This signature event is an annual highlight for our Badger family and a culmination of lots of planning and preparation. We’ve worked to ensure we have a variety of events planned, something for everyone—athletics events, socials, traditions our SHC community has grown to love, a game show, and a TED-style talk. It’s truly a labor of love and we look forward to celebrating what makes The Hill so vibrant and beautiful—-the people.”
