Sexual Harassment and Misconduct/Title IX Policy 

The Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Policy affirms our commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment. Consistent with our Jesuit Catholic mission and our dedication to the dignity of every person, the College prohibits sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. 

This policy outlines prohibited conduct, reporting options, supportive measures, investigation procedures, and grievance processes in accordance with Title IX and other applicable federal and state laws. It is designed to ensure that all reports are addressed promptly, equitably, and with care for all individuals involved.
