Office of Academic Affairs
The Office of Academic Affairs promotes an integrated education of the whole person and cultivates a campus rooted in faith, reason, and justice.
Under the direction of Provost Rebecca Cantor, the Office supervises and supports the work of the faculty, academic programs, and academic support services. It administers and assesses academic policies, institutional policies and procedures, and accreditation processes.
Provost
Dr. Rebecca Cantor started at Spring Hill College in July 2022. Dr. Cantor comes to the College from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Ga., and her experience includes serving as a department chair, professor of English and assistant provost. Dr. Cantor earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Conn., a Master of Arts in English from Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, Calif., and a Ph.D. in English from Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, Calif.
